Barre Flow 

Barre Flow combines the grace of ballet with asana of Yoga and the core focus of Pilates and to form a fluid and wholesome workout.


This practice has all the benefits of a robust cardio-vascular workout and produces dramatic results that lengthen, re-align and tone the entire body. Balance, stamina, flexibility and coordination also improve.


The Barre method of training is suitable for all abilities and no previous dance experience is required to participate in class.
