Love Smoothie

Kick start your day with this delicious smoothie that is packed with antioxidants. The omega sprinkles add a lovely crunch. It makes getting out of bed a breeze.

 

 

 

 Ingredients:

 

- Half a banana

- 100-150 ml rice milk / almond milk /        coconut milk

- 1 handful mixed frozen summer berries

- 1 large handful frozen blueberries

- 1 tbsp milled flaxseed

- 1 tbsp nuts/seeds (sunflower,                pumpkin, hemp,  sesame, flaked  almonds)

 

Method

 

- Add flaxseed and all other ingredients   except the mixed seeds to the     blender  and whizz.

- Top with seeds amd nuts and indulge!
