Perfect for breakfast or post-workout!
This is my ultimate favourite smoothie - especially when I need a nourishing 'pick-me-up'. I love how the lemon and kiwi add a refreshing sparkle whilst the ginger and turmeric bring a welcoming warmth for the colder season. I've been having it for breakfast or to refuel post-workout as it's crammed with minerals, vitamins and omegas! Add a plant based-protein to help muscle recovery. I swear I can feel my skin glowing instantly! Try it - it's amazing!!
1/2 baby Avacado
1 bowl frozen Kale
1 slice Lemon
1 piece Ginger
Fresh or ground turmeric
1 tsp Chia seeds
1 tsp Almond butter
1 scoop super green protein powder (optional)
Blitz all the ingredients together and add a squeeze of lemon juice for that extra spritz and enjoy!!
