Pilates with Pali has improved both my flexibility and posture. The classes are geared to different abilities and strengths. They have helped me with my sense of well-being and I use the techniques and knowledge learned in my daily life. Pali's individual support has increased my confidence and willingness to extend myself.
The classes focus on teaching exercises safely and understanding how one's body works in order to improve quality of life - which I feel is important especially as an older person.
